    How do you ship sketches purchased on The Sketching Shop?

    We use Canada Post to ship your sketches. Sketches of less than $100 are shipped between two thick pieces of cardboard in a bubble envelope. Sketches over $100 and large sketches are shipped in a tube.

    Shipping charges vary by region. To obtain an estimate of the shipping costs, go to your shopping cart.

    How long does it take for me to receive my order?

    Delivery times vary by region. The delivery time may be longer if the sketch artist is located in a region far from you. On average, sketches should take between three and 10 business days to reach you.

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    Once we receive your sketch, allow five to seven business days for us to process the refund. We will credit the credit card you used to make your purchase. To prevent fraud, we will not issue a refund on any credit card that was not used for the purchase.

    What is The Sketching Shop's return policy?

    Not satisfied with your sketch? Changed your mind? We offer refunds for 30 days after any purchase.

    What is your exchange policy?

    You can exchange your sketch for another one for a period of 30 days. Obviously, if the sketch is cheaper, we will refund you the difference. If it's more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. Same logic.

    Go to your shopping cart and click the basket logo to the right of the sketch you want to remove.

    How long can I keep sketches in my shopping cart?

    The sketches added to your cart will be kept for seven days.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    If you registered when buying your sketch, go to your account, then go to the "My Orders" section.



    Can I change my order after I make it?

    What payment methods can I use to pay my order?

    We accept credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, at this time.

    When should I pay for my order?

    What happens if I cancel my order before it's shipped?

    We will refund you 100%, including delivery charges. Everyone has the right to change their mind.

    Lales taxes are now included in the sale price.

    The prices that appear on our website are in Canadian dollars. Right now, only orders from Canada can be made.
